Just a cute picture I thought I'd share.  Elena loves to get her picture taken as well as looking at all the pictures on the iPod.  And just recently she's been taking some pretty photogenic pictures all by herself - more on that in a later post, perhaps.  

My little girl is growing so fast!  :-|

Elena's 3rd Birthday Cake

I started with two 9" round cakes.

I used a vanilla butter cream frosting - it actually used a LOT more than i was expecting so it's good I made extra.

Here's Max from Max and Ruby show on Nick Jr.  Elena watches the same episodes over and over so it was a no-brainer we'd make this cake for her 3rd birthday.

Jen did his features after I'd outlined his head and did the pink. Hope he tastes as good as he looks. More pictures from Elena's party to come!

So I know I've been really bad with not updating this blog for anyone who likes... um... updates. Here's a few pictures from Halloween this year. To say we're busy is an understatement, but the kids are great and Drew is such a good baby. I might say if anything I'm a bit lazy but I have TONS of pictures, it's just getting them online that's my Achilles heel. Hope everyone is doing well.
